About the evening
Orange wine is simply white wine made like red: the juice stays on the skins for days or weeks. The result has colour, texture and a gentle grip that works beautifully with food.
We’ll taste six wines side by side, from a light two-day maceration to a bold amphora wine, with small plates from the kitchen in between.
